That's the name of the game Godmod, and one of you will end up doing just that. Here's your backstory:


The year is 3006, man kind has rediscovered the wonders of magic and has merged it with technology, creating a utopian world ruled by one government. Human's have begun to explore the vast expanses of the universe, have colonized the Moon and Mars, and yet they remain the only known sentient race.

Near the end of the 2nd Millenium a prophesy against the return of magic was made, that should magic return to the world, one would eventually rise and with magic and technology, that person would rule all.For the most part, the prophesy was ignored, but a sub-governmental agency has been investiagting the prophecy, searching for those who could become the one that the prophecy names, the Godmod.

On Sep. 16th, 3004, the earth made contact with an energy based lifeform on a planet in the Jamar system, fourteen-billion lightyears from earth. This new race, called the Th'meil warned the humans that if they did not relinqhish their magic, the Th'meil would destroy their world to stop the threat that they posed to the universe. The humans did not listen, and so on July 4th, 3005, the Th'meil launched their fleet across the galaxy to attack and destroy the human race.

On Jun 6th, 3006, the agency known as M.A.G.I (Magic Assment for Global Investigation) found six young people who exihbit incredible magical potential as well as mechanical prowess and contacted them. The agency hopes that one of these people is the Godmod, and that even if one of them is not, that their combined strength will be enough to save their world.


Rules:

Godmoding is not allowed, until a person becomes the Godmod, and then only that person has Godmodding rights.

As GC I reserve all GC rights, until the Godmod arises at which point they will control the rest of the RP.

Godmoding is allowed only instory, characters can be killed by the Godmod, but Rper's can make new ones.

Appearance: Long red hair, that covers half his face, he is handsome, tall, and well built. He has one mechanical arm, wears a black trench coat, black pants, smurf, and boots.
History: Once a general in the now disbanded Cosmic Marine Corps, Phalan is now the Director and Commanding Officer for M.A.G.I. He has spent the last three years searching for the Godmod, and belives that he may be close. He is often abrupt and stressful, as there is alot of preassure on him to find away to stop the Th'meil.

Appearance: Eva has waist-length black hair combined with golden yellow eyes- a passed down trait in her family. She usually wears bright colors, never black or pastels unless forced. She is very tall- around 6 feet three inches. She never dresses up except for church. Her skin truly is a normal tan color, but her jet black hair makes it look pale and sickly. Her eyes are the only bright part of her entire body- which is why she wears such bright clothing.

Appearance: She has black hair and dark blue eyes. She is tall, and her assrtment of clothes varies from day to day.

Appearance: Long red hair is tied back behined his head in a pony tail as part of it covers the right side of his face. He wears a black tunic with red lining black pants and boots and upon his back is a strange sword.
History: Meiou was always shunned by everyone else he used to not be bothered by it till his parents died when he was only 7 after that he was jus kinda considered an outcast. Noone really wanted to be around him so he had to teach himself everything like reading writing and such. He started to wander around after he reached 13 and managed to buy himself a sword a few years after that. He now currently resides in M.A.G.I's custody after he killed one of the officers under Phalan.

Appearance: Shoulder-length, sky blue hair tinted with silver. Her eyes are naturally steely grey, but she prefers to wear contacts: one green, one gold. She has a petite, willowy build and medium tone skin. She often wears a worn, short, forest green jacket and black fingerless gloves.
History: Amaya is currently studying computer science and math at the Lestho technical school and working part-time as a hacker to pay her fees. Her parents, industrial factory workers in another city, never received higher education, and never had much in common with their daughter. Wayward and frustrated as a child, she was happy to leave home.

Appearance: In Th'meilian form, he is made of plasma. A device he created lets him assume Human form. He is of medium human stature. Only one of his eyes has color, which is blue. His thick black hair covers his uncolored eye. He wears a white armored coat that covers his entire body. His right hand bears the Th'meilian emblem. He wears black laced boots. Three ruby earring hangs from his left ear.
History: Voulrath has little background. He works for his master who uses him as an assassin to kill humans who bear magic.

Appearance: Jaque wears a white shirt, covered by a black top, he wears a deep red jacket & hat, with black flares. he is not very built. he is an average 5"8 in height

History: Jaque has always had a grudge with the Th'meil, and anyone who he considers to be Th'meil. after he had heard of the attack fleet coming towards the human race he left his jobs at the famous Anti-terrorism firm ATERY and joined the M.A.G.I. Jaque is well trained in weaponary, and his speciality is counter-tactics. and for some reason sees images of his past [which scare the living.. err.. dog poop outof him] on mirrors, also has had a dormant 6th sense, which can see through to other peoples memories (because psycic isnt an element, and there it has allways been under superstiton)

Name: Eta Carinae

Appearance: She has long, black hair that is dyed pink and orange in some places, and adorned with cloth, string and beads. She usually wears a black jacket, white tanktop and trousers, and black finger-less gloves, and has a long, tribal looking tattoo along her back. She has dark violet eyes, and has a cold demeanour to many, but is quite loyal and trustworthy if you get to know her. Strapped to the inside of her boot is a small but powerful shotgun.
History: Eta was born on the ravaged earth, but amongst one of the final places still untouched by man - New Zealand. She was raised quite basically, but was always an intelligent girl, and left her home country to study Computing science and pysciology at London, now home to a population of 20 million. She there discovered her powers, and lived alone for quite a while, refining them. Her parents were killed in a recent outbreaking of violence, and she was left alone in the world, which didn't bother her very much - she had always been detached from human relationships as a child, and as she grew older this quality only became more acute.

(Alright, enough banter, let's get on with this)

Okay, you all were contacted (in various ways, phone, e-mail, snail mail etc) and told to come M.A.G.I. HQ in Cefirice City. The communication said that even if you decided not to help you would be compensated for your trouble and recive five-thousand dollars. Our story begins as you approach the building, and your destiny.

jaque feels a little buzz on his hips, its his cell phone, he puts his hand in his pocket and retrieves it.

"whats that you say?"
a slight mumble could be heard from his phone
"5000$?, you are serious right?"
the person on the phone is getting fustrated, and tells his to go to M.A.G.I. HQ for his briefing

*something must be up for someone to reward 5000$ for a job.. wait a second.. he didnt accually say what it was*, he thought to himself as he walked through crowds of people, rushing and bumping into each other to get to their tartget destination.

Jaque stood still, he looked at a tall building, a structure made of glass, that gleamed on the sunny day to make the building seem like a tower of light. Jaque couldnt name the other materials, without studdering.

as he drew closer to the building, the security camera overhead the entrance, turned left very slowly, then held for a moment, then went right very slowly. Jaque could just imagine how easy it was to take out the camera in his head, smiling at the fact that MAGI had enterpreted this, and had every precaution under control.. a reserve power source, just incase some idiot tried knocking out the electricity to the building. infar red defence systems, hidden in the tiles of the foyer.. extra servailance cameras..
it would take someone of extreme caliber to try and break into the center...
Jaque entered through the electronic doors, that slid as soon as their infar red beam was broken by the foot of the person walking into it.
a lady chewing red bubble gum was sitting in a wheely chair, reading a magazine, not even trying to stop Jaque from entering. A security guard sat at the end of the hall, just a few meters from the lady..

The single elevator in the lobby opened and a man dressed in all white stepped out, "Mr. Jaque I presume," he said quitely, "If you would step this way," he gestured to the elevator.
