When is your pet too old for the Swashbuckling Academy?

what is the highest level a pet can be to get free training on pet days?

Yes it does. Unfortunately, that's the highest he'll take, no exeptions.

Oh, no that's ok, it's just that my pets are all 19, and I wasn't sure if 20 was the limit for free training.
