I was getting ready for the war by purchasing:

Leaf Shield for 6000 np
Scroll of Flame Strike for 5000 np
Scroll of Dark Nova for 15000 np
Lightning Scroll for 7000 np

Leaf Shield is nearly double it's value now. Flame strike went up 1k, Scroll of Dark Nova by 6-7k, and lightning scroll by around 4k.

So I'd gain around 18k right now if I sold the items. I'm thinking of doing this because the war is just out of my budget (like 25k for each battle).

So will, and when will the prices deflate? And by how much? Back to their originals?

weapons almost always deflate after a war, with certain exceptions of course.

The items you have I would guess? will end up going back to somewhere in the neighborhood of the prices you paid.

Don't give up though, just wait this wave out and see what comes next. If you don't want to participate in the second wave, then consider selling while prices are higher.

They will definitely be deflating once the war is over.
The demand for these weapons will decrease drastically, and as a result... those prices will deflate as well...

Whether or not its back to the pre-war level though... no-one can tell.

Hmmm, I belive that this may have been a mistake on TNT's part to allow the enemies to poison pets so often, and they'll probably end up resetting everyone's scores anyway.

Prices will deflate of course, but for them to return to their original price will take a while. Heck, by the time this war started, we were still sufferering from the inflation of the last war.

I wouldn't quit battling just yet. Wait it out, see what TNT do about this hoochie coochie crap, then make up your mind. Hopefully, if TNT fix things up a bit, you'll be able to afford to battle more often.

I actually think it was on purpose the more I think about it. Their battledome servers can only take such a load . . .

Indeed. Perhaps neo could add more servers to the battledome. To increase fastness? :P and cure the lag(at least some of it) =D.
