Queen! i forgot about them! i like them since i was... 6 or 7 :P
I love "killer queen"

And about The Who... whenever i listen to them, all i can think about is "CSI", so that kinda messes up my vision of their music..

Yeah, no one mentioned them on this topic! *not impressed* I love Queen, I was kinda brought up on them. One of the many bands I was brought up on really. *nods* I listened to a lot of Pink Floyd when I was younger. Hmm.

Grr. *shakes fist at CSI people* :P

I hate it when companies shamelessly use music like that. Not so long ago I saw an advert (can't quite remember what it was for, therefore a useless advert) which used "Hello, Goodbye" by The Beatles, and really screwed it up. Made my blood boil that did. -_- Oh well.

Nah, this wasn't that bad. Overture is just an instrumental, and they used about 5 seconds of it.

Can't be as bad as Sony putting out a commercial with Macy Gray singing 'Walk This Way'.

"Walk this way!"

Steven Tyler sang The Star Spangled Banner at the Bosox/Cardinals game tonight.

Oh. Dear. God. No...please. *can't believe that exists* -_- I really can't imagine how awful that is. No offence to Macy, I quite like some of her songs, and her voice is cool, but, really? Walk This Way?

Bah, pish pash, they shouldn't have used it in the first place, it's just not...right.
*wags finger at company behind that commercial*

Another day, another commercial with a screwed up version of a famous song. *nods in wise fashion*

Anything by Jimi Hendrix rocks. I have every single known album, some signed, dozens of posters, an autographed guitar, tickets to all but a few of his concerts, videos and DVDs of a few dozen live performances, and even a guitar that was said to be once owned by him in his teen years.

Thats a real snaggle-toothed needlepoint jalopeno! A truly strawberried television!
