You just reminded me of something. It was an article in the Neopian Magazine on the Thieves Guild... I'll go look it up again, see if it has any clues.
It's the magazine with the Space Faerie on it, Issue #4.
There's barely any clues in there though.

Ack I just had a horrible horrible thought, we are all looking forward to the thieves guild, but what if its like another pant devil type thing.........except that they can get into your bank account or SDB......eek!
