It's important to me! Who else will send me items in faerie quests or give me a heads up. I didn't even know you COULD trick or treat in Neopets. I missed last years! I will send you two of mine when you are unfrozen. I have faith that you will be ...eventually!

How do you pronounce that anyways ... cleo?

And I DID send off another reply today...just now.

Actually, your User Lookup says "Account Disabled" not "Account Frozen". Is there a difference?

And I know it's spelled to sound like Kl-e-o my mom says Klow-ee! Funny, huh?

You are sweet! I just worry about clogging up the board with my own problems. And I have WAY too much free time when not being able to play neopets. I usually spend at least a half an hour to get out of the red in Bilge Dice and then another to get to the daily limit!

Hey! You changed the thread's subject! *Keen grasp of the obvious*

I just hope the others don't wait for the 'auto forms' to be answered before persuing thier own accounts being "de-iced". It would be a shame!

Dont feel like you are clogging up the board, the feeling I get from most PPTers is that we are always there for each other whether the going is good or the going is bad! Ive done my fair share of moaning (tiki armour grrrrr) and none of you guys yelled at me for clogging up the board and that wasnt even half as serious as losing a whole account. You go ahead and let off some steam, then give TNT hell!!! :D

EDIT: Ps, Anyway, these kind of threads give others some ideas on how to get their own accounts unfrozen so its in everyones best interests to discuss them!!

Ask any old PPTer how much I moaned and groaned with each glitch that took aim at my account over the past 18 months. xjox is right--PPTers are there for each other whether the going is good or bad. And, if someone doesn't like it, they really don't have to read it.

Tested made this fabulous set for me!!! Isn't it great?

Cleo- I dunno if "Account Disabled' means the same as "Account Frozen"

xjox- Actually, your Tiki Armor issue spurred some wonderful debates. I have formed a few suggestions lately such as people being banned from neopets for a set time instead of frozen, reports of behavior being posted in thier User Lookups, and that scammers should have to pay restitution as well as a fine.

We could call it Neocourt!

Neomail reads: "You have been called to duty as a jury member. Please report immediately to Neocourt!"

Would that not ROCK!

Think of the effort saved if staff did not have to deal with frozen people. All the facts are given to the jury members (user name NOT used to protect the innocent) and the jury votes on if the person gets banned, for how long, restitution amount, fine amount, or for the truly EVIL ... freezing! Account in limbo during deliberations.

*SIGH* Daydreaming.

That ... doesn't sound SO bad. Go through neocourt before bothering staff. nobody knows WHO is on trial. It probably would not be hard to do ... but would they?

PM me some tips on bilge dice?

That would be a cool idea, but I doubt whether TNT would ever do it, pretty much for the same reasons they got rid of user mods. I wouldnt mind doing a spot of jury duty though, but I can imagine some people would be quite spiteful and opt to freeze regardless of the 'crime'

I thought the random polling of jury members, an undisclosed prosecuted, and the voting for consequences would make it more fair. The person could always ask for an appeal or plea to a staff member if they don't like the jury's decision. I think many would rather be tried that frozen.

I could see neocourt awarding xjox the Tiki Armor back after reading the neomails.

Although I would worry then about Neolawsuits. That would suck. Maybe if somebody is frozen, then they would appeal to the neocourts. I think somebody would rather return the item(s) they scammed than have thier account froze.

Although, if the accused would rather have thier account frozen, the scammed would then have to settle themselves at a loss.

*Still sounds like an interesting idea.

I love legal stuff (for humor only)

CHECK THE FOLLOWING:
[ ] "I plead Not Guilty. I refuse to return item (Tiki Armor) and deem it a fair trade."
[ ] "I plead Settlement, with the returning of items as follows (Tiki Armor) and recieve back the items I offered.
[ ] "I plead No Contest, with the returning of items as follows (Tiki Armor) and recieve back the items I offered.
Upon this plea, I will not get a mark of "Guilty of Scamming" added to my User Lookup but will pay court fees in excess of 10% of my savings."
[ ] "I plead Guilty, with the returning of items as follows (Tiki Armor) and offer up the items I offered as compensation.
I will accept a mark of "Guilty of Scamming" added to my User Lookup for the term of one year.
