I agree. Who cares if I cannot see my username, pet name, np amount and the time? I'd rather continue blocking those annoying ads.

for some reason, I don't see the button ad, but I *do* see my username, active pet, and NP info. :O

There must be something you didn't block... do you still see the yellow space where the banner ad was?

I think only those who block the whole top bar will get the problem of not seeing their username etc.

Doh! So the ENT tried to mess with firefox!! Mad Yeah, guess I'll just have to get used to the wasted space at the top, I too, block the top ad the toorbar ad. It's much easier on the eyes after I did that Smile

Took me a while to notice, I use a gi-normous screen resolution, and waiting for the spiffy collectible sidebars, hadn't had the logo blocked...but I tried it back when it worked. However I am working on getting my old laptop working again and it won't have such a resolution, was planning to block the whole top on it. Oh well, I'll just have to make special bookmarks on my Firefox toolbar for my user lookup and quickref, to make up for the inconvenience. BWAHAHA, TNT!
Actually I think the change was because of what Adam was talking about: fewer images to load...its just...coincidental...the way the did it <.<
EDIT: they just changed it again today. Now the bar won't move up at all when you block the top bar (which they changed to one single image btw) Now I'm really

Firefox has made restocking a lot faster and easier for me, but that's just me. It is, of course, not the same for everyone.

I just looked at my lookup - what have they done now? I figured out the changes for the new sidebar and topbanner. Now it's a mess again. The sidebar is way low, my banner is sitting over my username, and if you view source, which I did to try to see where things should go (like the height for the sidebar and banner) it's completely different - I'm dumb, I can't make heads out of the darned thing. Boy I am feeling so frustrated right now. BTW - I use IE, not Firefox.

I didn't have to remake anything for Firefox, it imported all my bookmarks and stuff from Netscape when I installed it. But I re-installed the OS on my old laptop so now gotta re-do everything anyway.

Today they changed the yellow bar again, made the top bar all one image and made it so that Firefox/Adblock users can no longer move all the content up the page by blocking the title image as well as the banner. I can only imagine it stuffs up lookups as well, since the change to the page itself is not browser-specific. OK just this once I'll say it - ENT!
