Club Neopia...?

Well there's no way I'm joining. I don't need someone to make me feel "accepted" so much that I would risk my account or anything.

I generally make it a rule not to give out about 80% of that information online unless I really trust the site. I haven't seen anything trustworthy yet.

Heck, I'm still way to paranoid to click on the link. Besides, I've been a part of neopets for 53 months (Even though my STUPID SHIELD IS BEHIND!

) I already know I'm elite.

Call me evil ( :evil:

) but I'm very tempted to just "apply" and spy on their stuff and spread it around. I think I have a spare account with enough stuff on it to look "eleit." Hmmmm, and I don't think anyone would condem me for it either...

EDIT: Well, I signed up. If they want to hack my account, they'll only steal about 50K. That is, if they don't hijack my computer. :roll:

You would have to have a good enough pet to even pass the first stage of initiation.

Hee, me too (50 months, and my shield is also behind a month).

If any of you who applied hear anything back, let us know! I'm curious.

(Although they most likely know about this thread -- I assume they check their logs and see where hits are coming from. They may not be easily fooled.)

I also remember when it changed, and PPT was gone for a week, or maybe it was longer than that? Anyhow, I went nuts with out it :lol:

Whoo... this is something you don't see every day. Looks shady o_O

Here's the thing; it sounds like it's either

(a) composed of very l33t and frightening Neopets players who play 14 hours a day and can hack into your computer and steal your personal info and address (sorry for the tangent, but that's what I imagine when I heard their tone of 'blacklisting')

(b) a group of stupid people who know HTML and are trying to sound cool.

But I've been on computers since I was 3, and, I dunno... I've got a bad feeling about these guys.

Does that make any sense at all? It seems like if you spill the secrets... they can do a lot more than ban you... hack your computer or something. But it may just be the mood getting to me :roll:
