Texas Chainsaw Massacre (the original).... The characters are annoying as crud and at the end.. you just want the bad guys to lop that woman's head off just to get her to shut up!

The original!? Great, that just about counters mine...

Texas Chain Saw Massacre (the recent one) - Instead of the "Don't go in there!" feeling you should usually get in a horror flick, I got more of a "Hand me the chainsaw and I'll kill them" feeling. That was before they even got out of their vehicle... The only character I could stand was the main character. This movie also has almost NOTHING to do with the original. If you are going to make a remake of a movie, please let it have SOME similarities in it besides a guy with a chainsaw.

Have you seen the first one? Just curious.. I really don't recommend it... but just to know HOW utterly annoying the main girl is in that movie. you have to watch it.
I mean all that wench does (when everyone starts to die) is scream... scream... scream some more.. and.. what's that? yep.. you guessed it.. scream.

*Spoiler!!!*

Even at the end where she's saved... she's looking back screaming... seriously.
It's UBER UBER UBER annoying and I swear I was about to jump through the tv and shut her up myself.

Hey, yeah, I loved that movie!!!!!

The worst movie I can think of is The Prince and Me. Drinking and talk of sexual things in the first ten minutes. No thanks.

For some odd reason, I have this unfathomable contempt for Centre Stage.

Don't be afraid to see the truth, even if no one wants you to. Be yourself and not a fool. Don't ever be afraid to speak your mind and listen to criticism. Dissent is keeps our country progressive and willingness to challenge yourself is what keeps yourself ever evolving.

It has to be without a doubt, theHulk. what was up wit that, i mean generaly i'm a big marvel/stan lee fan but that was just lame! and it went on, and on, and on, it was like there was no end to the excrutatiating stupidity of the whol thing. it was like one big never ending string of medioccre special effects barley strung together by less plot than your average comertial, i sat their afterwords dumfounded at how something that pahthetic could have found it's way to the thearters. realy people, what was that all about?
(wow athat was a rant and a half! sorry but thats been bugging me for a while, glad to get it off my chest, what a relief  )

League of Extraordianry Gentlemen. Hands down.

Agreed. Agreed a million times. I think League was the first movie I truly could not find entertaining or worth watching in the least, and I can be pretty tolerable when it comes to bad movies. In short, the acting's subpar, the plot stops making sense in the first half hour, and the special effects are pathetic. Don't even get me started on how all the action scenes in the movie are so darn *dark* that they become one big blur. I would mention how horribly some of the characters are done, but that would take up at least two more pages.

Although not really one of the worst movies I've ever seen, Finding Forrester was pretty bad. I mean, when the best line in a supposed "smart" movie is "You're the man now, dog!", said by Sean Connery, no less, you know something's wrong.

In the so-bad-it's-good category: Van Helsing. Made me laugh so hard I cried. (The way I kept picturing Dracula as the Duke from Moulin Rouge didn't help, but still.) It's bad in the way most summer blockbusters are bad, but it doesn't take itself seriously enough for that badness to become akward. Seriously, go rent it when it comes out if you haven't seen it already. It's good for a laugh.

I hate:

Jeepers Creeper - It's so stupid from start to finish.

The new Texas Chainsaw Massacre - I loved the original, it's one of the classic horror films. The new one is pants I hate it when they remake films.

28 Days Later - My friends are obsessed with this film I can't stand it.

Ghost ship - The opening scene is awesome but the rest of the film is weak.

The new ring - The Japanese one is much better the new one is boring and I lost interest halfway through.

I only watch horror films as a rule.

I remember disliking Gattaca years ago when I watched it but then again that could have been beause at that time I had no appreciation for the concepts of DNA, genetics and whatever else.

I had trouble sitting through the movie Collateral the other day (the new one with Tom Cruise in it), its basically just sitting in a taxi for most of it.

Rose Red wasn't a bad movie per se but it was waaaay too long and the majority of it was just shots of the house for the air, what a waste of time while all the action was happening in and around the house.

Freddy vs. Jason - It was very humorous at times, but it wasn't the least bit scary, taking away the fact that it's supposed to be a HORROR film, not a comedy.

Yes, I was raised on horror movies (that's almost all my dad watches). I've seen it more times than I can probably count on my fingers (possibly). I just watched the new one this weekend and the story has been completely morphed. Maybe the screams were in added effect due to the fact that a person put in that situation might actually do the same (of course you never know until you try :p ), though the screaming was a BIT overused. But for its time, everything seemed to work out for it. People were terrified and everything was dandy. :D

Thinking about it you could try getting your friend to watch some of those really strange foreign films that you need sub-titles for and that never seem to have a plot, generally those are pretty frustrating and not all that enjoyable.

If it was a very 'kiddie' movie as you say than how come I liked it (I'm 16)? The actors acted fairly well, Frankie Muniz and Amanda Bynes are very talented actors/tress'.

Uch, Jeepers Creepers 2, absolutely awful, but in a slightly likable way because it's so lame.

Something about the way she runs off after she tells him shes dying makes me crack up everytime.

and the funny soundtrack. Whenever its cold and September, in the late afternoon, we scream the song Mandy Moore sung for the movie at the top of our lungs to our girly-friends who cried during the movie.

Dandan, me and my friend Kirsten were sat their for 2 hours going 'is she dead yet? Will she please die now?'. You know when she's in the hospital ill... when we saw the hospital come on screen we werelike 'YES! She's DEA- oh, no, she's alive, nevermind. Wanna go for a walk?'

My 'hard as nails' friend Shannon cried...absolutely hilarious.

The Animal- my aunt and cousins saw this, this was the first time I actually wanted to leave the theatre I absoloutly apaul this movie

Spaceballs- so stupid I felt like I was forced to change the station.

League of Extroidanary Gentlemen- crappy graphics, story and everything else. My friend and his cousin loved it but I thought it should of been burned, I put Van Helsing in this category also, as soon as I saw the flying vampire things I knew I was in for a long boring, un-mercifully crappy trip.

thats all I can think up for now...
