((I was following in response to Knives post, so my attack is directed at Sin.))

"It's kind of hard to listen to what Kisa says, because she has absolutely no clue about what I have. She doesn't deal with fire, and because she's the leader and I'm her sister... well, I don't listen to her that much. She keeps telling that will be my downfall."

But, grinning, she tried Renrin's instructions. She made her fireball about the size of a small rock, and then slowly it got smaller. "Um.. that's better, don't you think?"

Nilyn noticed that the man she had spoken to was falling asleep. Some people, she thought, slightly annoyed at being ignored. Well, as long as he is not a threat, I minds well sit back and watch. The elf made herself more comfortable. She was not anyone's target and this man did not even chose to acknowledge her, let alone need her help.

The others spoke for a bit and the man mumbled and shifted in his sleep. All of a sudden, he reached out for a branch that could not hold him, it broke, and he crashed to the ground. Nilyn giggled softly at the sight. She stroked the soft feathers of her falcon as she watched him stand up and brush himself off. As he posed once again for a fight, the female elf though, Now we're getting somewhere. This might actually get interesting, and smiled.

"How dare you ignore me!" Ryu shouted at the group not paying him attention. "Take this!!" He cried out, grabbing a handful of needles and throwing them at the demon. Four needles per hand, two hands, two rounds. Rosa had sixteen needles headed for critical points on her body. "Nighty night!"

Renrin smiled at Ember.

"Yes, that's right, you still need to practice on that, but now try targeting something with a fireball. Let's take that stone in the middle of the pool, think you can hit it? Remember, don't make the fire too big." Renrin instructed.

As she had said that her instincts kicked in when the other demon fired his needles at Rosa. Renrin flew up and screeched.

"Watch out Rosa!" she screamed and let go of a powerful fire blast out of her mouth hitting the needles quite precisely and melting them down in a matter of seconds.

Renrin then splashed some water over the small fire still burning on the nearby tree and on the dry grass below it.

"I will let you do lots of things but hurting my friends isn't one of them. And second of all, what does it take to get some peace and quiet around here?" she growled and checked that Ember was okay sitting behind her.

She then backed to keep the little elf in safety again.

He finally saw the girl he had in his dream pop out suddenly from a tree. He then saw the former demon try to attack the other demon. The dragon suddenly burned the needles into ashes, and seem quite angered when this new female demon was attacked. "I better not mess with her.." he thought. It didn't seem they were an organized group of thugs, they didn't even seem to know each other, apart from the dragon and the female demon, and the young elf.

He was tired and did not want to fight or even stand up. He lay down in the grass, and found it suprisingly comfortable and lay gazing at the sky. His cares did not seem to matter, because one of the elves in his dream he remembered reminded him of his mother. And his mind went arwy, and his concentration was broken, and only one thing was on his mind.

Ember nodded, and again created the fire ball. This time, it rose, and went slowly towards the lake. Then, as her attention was lost to the Demon and her needles, it dropped. Luckily it was above the lake, or else it would have caused serious damage.

"Wow, Renrin! Nice shot." Then, a few seconds later, Ember said, "Renrin? What's that Demon doing?..."

"How. Dare you. Call me filth!!!" Ryu exclaimed, jumping down from the tree banch he stood on, and onto the ground. Well, if she wants to play this way... Ryu told himself, when the Orb embedded on a glovein his left hand started to glow a whispy grey. "Now, let's see how good your hunting skills are!" He cried out, as he jumped in the air slightly, and turned into a small cloud of Ryus, moving in all directions, when out of the cloud jumped five clones. All I dentical to Ryu. Only one was Ryu, he had four illusions to help him defeat Rosa. "Come now!" He cried out, grabbing needles, as all the clones did. They can't hurt her, but these needles will confuse her.
"Let's go!" He cried out, throwing four needles, as all clones did, 16 illusioned needles, and four real, if they made contact, Ryu could perhaps gain an upperhand and show his 'supirior' who the filth really is.

((He's kinda persistant, and fearless, but an idiot because of it =P

Oh, and remember, he was raised as a fighter by one of the Demon plain's finest army generals n.n ))

((I'm just letting you know I'll be gone for the next couple of days, at least over the weekend, so if someone could take care of Renrin that would be good... I suppose you Amdir would be most suited for that ))

((I have a question. I know you have written about the orbs before, but I've searched all the posts again and I can't seem to find it now. I'm a little confused. I read the different orbs as different schools of magic. Does each character actully have a physical magic orb on his/her person somewhere? I noticed Ryu has one in his glove, but I didn't know if it was manditory. Thanks for clearing this up. ))

((It's not manditory, but most people carry them aroudn, for protection from thieves, wild animals, ect. ))

"A Ghost? That won't work!" Ryu declared, as the many Ryu's moved in different directions, trying to avoid the spirits. As long as I am not hit, I should be good. Ryu told himself, hoping to keep all the clones up, but if his magic had been interrupted by the ghosts, his concentration would falter, and his mirages would dissappear.

Suddenly, he looked toward Rosa, to see her deep in concentration. [i]What is she.. No.. She was attempting to stop his clones from doing anything. If only he had the Origin Shadow orb, he could make them real, and she would fail...
