It happened a while ago, but...

Last year, I had made my very first account on neo. I had my favorite pets, Starfire, and Ladogos. I had painted Starfire striped, and Ladogs glowing. I pampered them, they both had beautiful petpets, then one day it happend. My stupidity... Gosh I just want to kick myself. I was excited because I had just figured out how to self freeze, I had so many accounts I didn't want. I self froze myself, on my favorite account.

I have mailed them several times telling them what happend. They still havent responded. Does anyone have any advice?

I did the same thing to myself, about 2 years ago.

I just gave up and created a new account...

If you havn't filled out the form recently you might want to try again, I just had my account cracked, then frozen. I filled out the frozen form and got my account back the next day.

Make sure you're giving them as much information as you can about your account, and explain (make sure to be really polite and not whiny) exactly what happened.

I don't know much about self-freezing, I just know thats what I did to get a response.

Good Luck! I have a new found sympathy for people who have lost accounts for whatever reason!

As a general rule, I'd strongly advise against self freezing... they hardly ever get reinstated. That or we never hear about the ones that do (which could be a likely possibility). After all, we all know that TNT are really helper monkeys are are semi rabid.
