Practice and patience.

I've been playing Meerca Chase for, well, years. It can take time to get good at it.

If you get overly frustrated with it, stop playing. Because if you're fidgety and angry at the game, it's more likely you'll do even worse and run into red neggs. It's a game you need to be relaxed when playing.

Granted, it won't actually take you years to learn to get a score of at least 750. But practice and you should by able to get it in a few days. (Make sure you're playing in the Hard mode, not easy, btw.)

So you say... I've been playing it for years and the 1 time I ever got more the 450 (895 it was) I got the infamous cannot send score right now error.

Am I reading everything right or does the game go slower for most people other than me?

The most I can get is 700. And thats when I get a fish negg!

The easyest game avs for me were whack a kass and shapeshifter O_O

Ah HA! I knew I wasn't the only one who is having trouble with the 'easy' game av. I played Meerca for at least 3 hours (not all together of course) yesterday and saw a grand total of 3 fish neggs and maybe 6 rainbow ones, each in it's own game. I wanna know how people are getting 2 fishy ones in a row!?!

I do realize it's part luck and part skill, I'm just not lucky

Please, my average score is 300! :lol:

I physically cannot play on medium or hard mode. It moves way too fast for me; my hand can't manipulate the arrow pad that fast and I have a vestibular problem, so I get dizzy real easy (some of the preloaders now move too fast for me - I can't look at them or I fall off my chair).

So I'll never have this avatar.

WHOOO HOOO! At about 10:30 NST I got lucky with a fishy negg at 200 to get a score of 600, and I used my mad meerca skills to get to the huge score of...

768

I was worried cuz I got a score of 712 earlier in the night and the next stupid yellow negg popped up next to the wall between 2 red neggs. If it would have been even the grey one worth 5 I would have just barely gotten it with 752. So anyways, I recovered from my heart attack and general spazzyness to finally win the Meerca Chase Avatar, #85 on my list.

For the record, I still like Meerca Chase. I may not play it for a while, but I will not try and avoid it like I am avoiding Deckswabber after all the trouble I went to for that av. *nods*

Lucky you, mash, I still need the Deckswabber av... I totally suck at that game.. but I got the Meerca Av tonight, so I'm doing the happy chicken dance! with a score of 776... so just barely... but still!!

I am so unlucky, it was days before the av was released I scored 768. It just frustrates me, smae with deckswabber that my best is just over 680. Add that to snowmuncher that I can't figure out a good strategy (either I lose time, or lives lol)

Finally got it after playing many days

The popup freaked me out though.. said "page not found".. wasn't it already repaired? My friend got the "Something has happened! You are now eligible to use yadda yadda" a few days back when she got that avatar..

Even when it wasn't repaired it was that "ERROR: You don't have this avatar" popup right?

Oh well.. at any rate it was there.. and I'm happy

Play on hard mode for a while. Then after about 10 praactices.. go to medium.. it'll feel a lot more manageable

I managed to get this avatar 2 days ago(I got a score of 768) while PPT was down. Also on that day I hit my 50th avatar. I have been trying to get the avatar ever since it came out.

Shoyru, you know I tried something like that, only I tried on Medium. I did load the game on Hard mode, but it was completely impossible. Medium I have now confirmed that I can't handle either.

I have something called Meniere's Disease, which is an inner ear disorder, but it also affects the way I see things - like if they move too fast I'm done!

So, this is an avatar I'll pass on...will stick with Easy mode and my measly np from the game
