Multiple burrow?

Does anyone know under what circumstances is someone allowed multiple burrows per battle? It's usually one use, but occassionally I've been able to pull out two and sometimes three in a single battle.
If it's random, anyone know percentages?

If it's a one-use, it may be a glitch. But I'm not in the BD much, so I'm not sure.

Multiple use of burrow/sink is indeed a BD glitch and as a result should not be exploited under any circumstances. (Confirmed by an E-mail sent to tnt)

hmmm... *uses it anyway* jk... hoepfully its fixed by now
