I managed to get Sneezles (and thus Meuka) from the Wheel of Misfortune. Took a while though.

just a warning if you did'nt already know, store all your excess np in the bank as the WoM can make you lose all the np you have on hand.

Or Neoflu according to idb, plus the wheel of misfortune is way too random, I've been spinning it approx. 2 times a day for two weeks and I only managed to get a disease out of it once and that was bubbles
