I guess you're right. But that building looks like it's on some crappy dirt lot in the bad section of town. And I don't think the search query "Neopets in Glendale" would show the most accurate results.

That's definitely the place google earth thinks neopets inc is though and the exact detailed address matches up with that of neopets

Perhaps they have underground parking.
