Forgotten password

My brother just changed his password because it didn't contain any numbers, and promptly forgot it. He thinks he knows part of it, but can't remember which numbers it had...
He tried to recover it but he has no set email preferences, and anyway he can't change his email address since you need to password to do that (he's under 13 too, so I don't think he could do it anyway).
At the moment he's still logged in, but if he logs out for any reason he'll never be able to re-enter his account. Is there any way to get his password back?

I feel sorry for you as I've lost 2 accounts that way like you... But here are my current solutions to ending those problems:

save a copy your cookies in temp internet files. I think it is tools>Internet options>files but its general.

If all else fails make another account on a different computer and transfer all items...

(I'm not sure about this) Or I don't know if its possible, try cracking your own neopets cookie and finding it.

After much searching I found out a form to fill on the site thanks for your help, I hope they answer soon... It's not my account but I feel bad for my brother, he's got some trophies and he trained his baby mynci very hard.
