Talk:Mystery Pic Solutions
Two columsns vs. Three?[edit]
i was thinking this page of collected answers would be better read if it was in two columns instead of three. numbers would read by the 100's instead of the 75's as it is right now. wanted to hear a second opinion before working on it.--Jacob 16:29, 6 Jun 2006 (CDT)
- Yeah, the 75 setup is a bit awkward. Because most of the solutions are too long to fit on one line right now, it would probably look a little cleaner with slightly wider columns anyway. I know that when I was typing these out, I went by 100's instead of 75's, because... it's just easier to think in 100's. --Mirmadon 18:30, 6 Jun 2006 (CDT)
Merge with Mystery Pic[edit]
It's been on my mind for awhile, but I think we should combine this article with the main Mystery Pic article. They were seperated due to the fact we originally didn't think we could combine the two without being too long, however, I think it's possible if we create a template for the info. It would contain the answer, the prize, and a picture of the mystery pic itself, via the small versions of them shown in the "answer bar" (image link example). What does everyone else think? --Jacob 13:31, 28 Jul 2008 (CDT)
- Good idea, it's time we took an initiative. I'm not all that knowledgable about making templates but perhaps I could do something along the lines of the Daily Puzzle table coding until a proper template is created. It'll have to be without the images for the time being as I don't know how to make them smaller. I suppose that could be fixed within the template (we're talking about a lot of wiki images here) --Dizzy 14:52, 19 September 2008 (UTC)
