Talk:Jelly Chia

Does anyone actually know where the "abandoned chocolate factory" is? Because I'm quite recent to Neopets, if it's obvious I probably wont know it. But the Jelly Chia is one of my favorite stories, so even if it's only a glimpse or background i'd still like to see it. I've searched multiple sources, but found nothing. Does it actually exist in game? Or is it just referenced? If its just referenced, respond to this. If it actually exists, all I need is a link please. >->
