Does this mean give Neopets to the user? is this veriifed and true? actually reading this now, i'm wondering how it could have stayed in the article for so long and not be questioned till now. And user IP 165.21.154.73 added in a recent edit...
The shirne is less generous as your pet's stats get higher and you get richer.

- I seriously doubt the first one, I remember seeing the second on IDB somewhere, although I can't recall where, and as for the third, I believe they still work, just that it is difficult, with connection speed and sever speed changes, to get 'bang on' certain times. I do know that whenever I've recieved a dubloon, it has been at the start of a minute, for example, though. --Macbeth 12:59, 3 Sep 2006 (CDT)
Prize giving times[edit]
I'm sure the 55 second one about dubloons is mentioned on the site somewhere. Needing your pet to say 'aren't there dubloons buried in the sand around here' is a new one and in my experience untrue. I just tried at 11:12:10 and got a dubloon, which makes me think that if the 55 second rule is true, it's not the only way to get dubloon from the shrine.
I'm wondering if we shouldn't scrap that section entirely if it's speculative. Also, the 1 million neopoints thing is a total lie. --Macbeth 18:15, 23 October 2010 (UTC)
