Search function: Google gone?

Sometime last week, I noticed the google search feature disappeared from the regular neopets search. Anyone know what happened? In either case, a very valuable research tool is gone now. Or can regular google searches still work for neopets? --Jacob 19:42, 7 Aug 2007 (UTC)

I didn't even realize that it was gone actually. It might have disappeared along with the layout change but I'm not sure. I went to Google and searched for "Royal" within the Neopets news and it works fine. Search results :) --Dizzy 20:36, 7 Aug 2007 (UTC)

A clever use of Google, Dizzy. Good job. :) *thumbs up* Still need to update the search section of the article though, and point to google seperately...along with other search engines. Do other search engines work well searching Neopets as well? --Jacob 20:42, 7 Aug 2007 (UTC)

I've tried to search for the Royal colour in the news with a couple of other popular search engines. Yahoo, Ask.com, MSN, AltaVista and Dogpile all worked fine but as usual, Google had the best results. --Dizzy 21:02, 7 Aug 2007 (UTC)
