The Kacheek is one of the original 14 Neopet species available from the sites launch on 14 November 1999 Neopet, originally known as the Badeek. She is a shy, calm, and non-violent species. Short in stature, she lives in lush meadows and is always eager to make new friends. She has distinctive down-turned ears and small black eyes.
In the Neopets Trading Card Game, Kacheeks are associated with the element of light.
Old design
The original incarnation of the Kacheek was the Badeek. In appearances she was very similar to the Kacheek, but wearing large dark glasses and standing on all fours. In character, Badeeks were described as the "puppies of cool". She became the Kacheek on the 18 July 2000.
