Proposals

Propose sub-category 'Ski Lodge Victims' for those staff members involved in the ski-lodge murder mystery (to stop them 'cluttering' the top level category)?

And why is 'Battledome' a sub-category here? It would be more use as a full category separate to Plots... --Macbeth 00:14, 17 Aug 2006 (CDT)

I assume you are speaking about the fact Cookie and other such TNT members are on the Plots category...this is a HUGE error on a users fault...and i refrained to fix it. *rolls eyes* The Proper category for those articles is category: TNT, and they should be removed from the plot category completly, as those articles themselves are NOT plots. and there shouldn't be a 'Ski Lodge Victims' or a 'Sacrificers Victims' category either, as it would just be a copy of the TNT category.

The Battledome and plots are intertwined, as many of them involved the battledome, but i think it's more proper that Battledome be a subcategory of Plots, than plots of the battledome, as not all plots are encompassed in the battledome. sound logic? Also, you are right about the Create-a-pet competitions, they aren't plots...i just haven't figured out a category to place them in yet...neglected them i did. there is a pattern here. ;) --Jacob 11:57, 17 Aug 2006 (CDT)

I didn't mean for 'Plots' to become a subsidiary of 'Battledome', but for them both to become separate, top-level categories: not all plots are part of the battledome, true, but not everything relating to the battledome has to do with plots, either. --Macbeth 13:39, 17 Aug 2006 (CDT)

Summaries to be moved from worlds

If you take a look at the latest edits i've made to altador and Tyrannia, you will see i've taken out the "plot summaries" section and instead made wiki links in the "see also" section. I feel this is far better than what it originally was, because while plot summaries for individul characters work, how do the worlds participate in the plots? all we can really say about them is what others are doing in the lands, which would be said in the individual plot pages to begin with.

so an overhaul will be needed to move all the data on the neopian world sections and intergrate them into the plot articles. This will make the world articles look much cleaner, because not only will there be no more empty voids of "...to be added...", but the summaries will be much more easier to maintain. --Jacob 04:56, 2 May 2007 (CDT)
