The Tiki Tack Man runs the Tombola game and the Tiki Tack. The Tiki Tack Man isn't a Neopet or a Faerie as far as anyone can tell. If such a thing wasn't allowed in Neopets, it would be said he is human, however, The Neopets Team has made no claims if this is true or not.

Mystery Island Volcano

He needed to be saved in the Mystery Island Volcano plot. Players had to retrieve his tiki mask from playing Fetch and give it to him to replace the evil mask that's controlling him.
