Boochi aims his ray gun.
Boochi is a Baby Bruce who wields a ray gun that can turn Neopets into babies. Since January 15, 2003, Boochi has been appearing in a Random Event in which he fires his ray gun at the user's active Neopet.

The first time a user receives this event, they will unlock Boochi as a challenger in the Battledome. Otherwise, this event has no effect.
Before the Moltara Mystery, Boochi had second random event. In this event, Boochi would fire his ray gun and hit the user's active Neopet, changing its colour to Baby.
