The Licensed Conjurer is a Yellow Tonu wizard. During the War for the Obelisk he fought on behalf of the Order of the Red Erisim.
Players who did not side with the Order of the Red Erisim could fight the Licensed Conjurer in the Battledome during the raiding party of the War for the Obelisk plot.
