Flutter

Little is known about this elusive Aisha. It isn't known where she lives or what she does, we only know so far that she likes flowers. Flutter fell into the Rainbow Pool when she was a baby, since then she has gigantic faerie wings, and the ability to change colours whenever she wishes.

Flutter is a lovely ( probably ) female Aisha even though you dont see lashes. As a baby she fell into the Rainbow Pool and grew enormus red wings and the ability to change colors. There is no exact answer to where she lives but it's probably either Neopia Central because the Rainbow Pool or Faerieland because the Rainbow Fountain and of course lot's of flowers.According to the picture Flutter loves flowers.It is unknown if Flutter can change species as well as color.It is also unknown if she can changed into retired and or exclusive colors like robot or change into non-aisha form colors.
