Neopets Terms and Conditions are the terms of service each player agrees to when signing up for their Neopets account. These rules govern on-site behavior, including how many accounts one person may have (see Multiple Accounts), what is acceptable to be discussed on the NeoBoards, and what is classified as cheating or scamming. Some off-site behaviors are also discussed, such as using Neopets art on personal webpages. Violating the Terms and Conditions may lead to your account(s) being frozen or suspended.
