The Qasalan Mummy could be fought in the Battledome on September 22, 2005, for the Defenders of Neopia at the same time during the Lost Desert Plot. Although the plot is over, it is still an active challenger in the Battledome. It's the 17th opponent in Defenders of Neopia.

• Users participating in Defenders of Neopia will receive the following trophy at Headquarters after defeating The Qasalan Mummy. This trophy replaces the previous trophy earned by defeating The Drenched.
