What?

"The theory that the more times you perform certain actions, such as donating to the Money Tree or taking care of your pets, your chances of receiving beneficial Random Events increases. Karma is mainly theoretical but does exist to some extent in Neopets. For example, if you refuse a Faerie Quest, the chance of you getting another one is decreased. In fact, for 10 minutes after you refuse, it is non-existent. However, that statement is a unique case, as it is directly stated that a limit will be placed. It is currently unknown whether other activities will increase luck."

We just defined karma as doing certain actions to INCREASE the chances of receiving BENEFICIAL events. How does refusing Faerie Quests fit into this definition? At the very least it should be re-worded.
