Tartan was and is a rejected colour, it first was going to be for the Aisha and Moehog, but the colour had lost by being positioned last in the end with 64,279 votes. The Tartan Chia Pop might have also have been released when there was the second Paint Brush voting when one of colour Tartan was one of the choices.
