This Wain is the Commander of the Vernax Horizon, a crashed alien ship in Area 27 trying to make repairs so that he can return to the convoy he lost. He is a very stern commander, but is still kind.
Trivia
- Commander Vixor is based on a prototype version of a Wain that was never released.
