This Turmac is a member of the group of bandits in the Western Woods inside Wailing Tunnels. He's often losing his favorite hat, so appears to be sad a lot of the time. The pink and lavender hat was knitted by his grandmother, Agnes. He's very fond of her, and uses her name as the password to get into the bandit HQ treasure room.
