Flynn is the shopkeeper at Gilbert's Gurgling Gifts, a shop that appears when the Aquatic Carnival visits the Petpet Park. This orange Anubis sells all manner of souvenirs to remember your trip to the carnival by. He's been friends with Professor Gilbert for a long time.
