Boraxis the Healer is your lifeline in the very beginning of Neoquest; he'll fully heal the hero for free at any time and for all time, with no exceptions. The only problem is that when you get too experienced to keep fighting around Neopia Central, you'll have to go drift away from him and his healing powers.
