The Blechy is a Petpetpet which can eat a lot of food, but it comes "right back up" afterwords, referring to burping or vomiting. It is featured in one Petpet Supplies item called Blechy Squeeze Toy which makes a "rude sound" when it's squeezed, possibly a burping or vomiting sound. It is also a petpetpet that appears in the game named Itchy Invasion. Valued at 75-65,000 Neopoints
