Lutari Gypsy

This strange Lutari is seemingly a primitive cyborg, with a robotic body but normal head. He lives with the gypsies in the Haunted Woods, but tends to keep his distance from the others. He runs a cork gun shooting gallery game inside his caravan based around Gilly's adventures during the Tale of Woe plot.
