Talk:Missing Petpets
Redirect protocol and proper title
Okay, so I confused a vandal attack with a redirect. My mistake. all the same, what's up with the missing data? If this was redirected to another article, why wasn't the article created? Protocol for redirecting data...
- Make discussion and express reasons for wanting to redirect. Reasons can be better article title, or wanting to condense data into a single article.
- When resolution is reached, someone may step forward and make the redirect.
- Should the redirect occur, all data must immediately be taken over to the new article. If not done, it just makes the work all the more harder for everyone else.
Only should no one ever respond to you discussion should you move ahead and make changes to where data is placed. Unless you actually know what you are doing. Even then, you still must make sure you move all the appropriate data, or again, harder on everyone else.
...*sigh* Now that I got that out, about this articles title. Once someone manages to look through the edits and put back what was taken out, perhaps we can discuss a proper title? "Missing Petpets" was what was given at the time, but if there is a better one, let's discuss it please. Anyone have ideas? --Jacob 10:29, 23 September 2009 (UTC)
