Plesio is a Tyrannian Flotsam and a member of the council of elders. He is the captain of Tyrannia's sea division, and looks after the Wheel of Mediocrity.

Trivia

  • In addition to a NeoDeck card, Plesio is featured in a plushie.
  • Despite being a Flotsam from Tyrannia, Plesio looks nothing like a real Tyrannian Flotsam.
