Turo Rafels is a Spotted Koi, and plays Left Defender for Shenkuu's Yooyuball team of 2007. As a defender, Turo Rafels excels at blocking, passing, and leadership, but is injury-prone, making his health unpredictable. He was replaced by runner-up Rookie of the Year, Antola Maeir in ACIII.
