Category talk:Battledome Equipment

Two categories?

I just noticed we have a category:Battledome Equipment and a "category:Weapons". Which one should be preferred?--Demon 15:14, 16 Dec 2006 (CST)

I believe 'Battledome Equipment' refers to non-offensive battledome items - shields, healing potions, and so forth. Having said that, it should probably be renamed to remove any ambiguity. --Macbeth 15:29, 16 Dec 2006 (CST)

Ahhh, thank you for noticing that. for the record, "Battledome Equipment" refers to any item which can be used in the battledome (offensive, defensive, healing). You will see when you search for just "Battledome Equipment" in the safety deposit box, you come up with all items in that category. That is why i renamed the "weapon" article as "Battledome Equipment", as it makes more sense. I just forgot to delete the category "weapons" adfter i made the changes. Also, categories cannont be moved or redirected. if they aren't needed anymore, all that can be done to them is deletion. --Jacob 18:25, 17 Dec 2006 (CST)

Category has now been deleted, as all articles linking there are now linked to the proper category. --Jacob 10:33, 25 Dec 2006 (CST)

And now i finally editted the wiki link to the deleted category in this talk page so a user doesn't accidently create the article. --Jacob 07:29, 26 Jan 2007 (CST)
