The Huggy is a Petpet released on (need date), which gives a hug to anyone it sees, and can be overly friendly to the point of being annoying. They can also be combined with a Cool Purple Teddy Bear at the Cooking Pot to create a Huggy Bear.

• The Huggy avatar was released on February 8, 2005, and could be acquired if a user attached a Huggy to one of their Neopets which 99+ days old and visiting the Neopet's Neopet Lookup.
• The Huggy was featured in Week 76 of the Petpet Protection League.
