Inflatable Balthazar

Inflatable Balthazar is a 1-Player battledome opponent in the shape of Balthazar. Not a real 1-Player battledome opponent, but more of a practice dummy similar to Punchbag Bob.

Inflatable Balthazar is fought by users in the following for the following reasons:

• To receiveFixed Spelling a high score in Balthazar Basher.
• To restore a Neopet to full HP after fighting him.
• Weapon testing.

Weapon testing is difficult, however. First, Inflatable Balthazar doesn't attack, testing a weapoins defensive capabilities pointless. Second, when an opponents defence is lower than the Neopets attack, more attack icons appear, misleading the user about the weapon's true icon attack.

The only weapon Inflatable Balthazar has equipped is a Green Apple. This isn't really a battledome item at all and can't normally be equipped. The Neopets Team equipped it to Inflatable Balthazar in order to prevent users from getting a bugged weapon after stealing from him.
