I think it's notable due to the fact it's been used more than once by a challenger over the years, as opposed to a character specific battledome equipment. it's similar to the Prismatic Mirror, which is used by many challengers as well, and is quite powerful. Plus, i find it a little strange these characters are carrying an eye around...of "the storms" or something. seemed bizarre enough to note. --Jacob 04:17, 18 Jul 2007 (UTC)
