Ok, my plan is the following:

  1. Protect talk pages that are target of spam for some reason (e.g. Talk:NeoBoard).
  2. Make a redirect from the talk pages to this message.

The spammers wont be able to edit Talk:Neoboard nor this message. Somebody who has some constructive suggestions will be able to ask the admins to do the required changes. The requirement would be that the admins are ready to handle such questions. How does that sound? :) --Demon 06:27, 29 Apr 2007 (CDT)
