The Hidden Tower is a tower located in Faerieland, part of Fyora's palace. It stores a wide variety of magical artefacts that the Faerie Queen started selling in order to raise funds. Many, but not all, of these are powerful weapons.
The Hidden Tower stood for many years completely forgotten in a hidden courtyard, overrun with weeds, behind a trapdoor in a palace library. One of the primary reasons it lay for so long undisturbed was that it is enchanted in such a way as to appear, to the outsider viewer, to appear invisible. It was rediscovered by Celandra, a Gelert maid in the palace.
The original purpose of the tower may have been lost, but it can be speculated that it was meant either as an armoury of rare and dangerous weapons, a storehouse to keep these items safe from others or from harm, or as a hiding place of some description.
Stock
Items in the Hidden Tower are extremely rare - they they have a rarity of 200 and can not be obtained through random events - and very expensive - prices range from a few hundred thousand to sixteen million neopoints.
Unlike the regular Neopian shops, there are effectively unlimited supplies of the items until they are retired and the Tower does not restock - although the Faerie Queen will, from time to time, stop selling items for stock taking.
