• The brother of King Skarl and ruler of Brightvale.
• King Hagan is renowned for his wisdom and appears as a star prize on the Wheel Of Knowledge and gives out wisdom. (This is completely useless to a neopets player however and many have commented on the strangeness of the hyped up prize.
• King Hagan also appears on a flash game Castle Battles with his brother King Skarl.
• Rewards from King Hagan can be obtained by going to his castle and attempting to tell him some of your own wisdom.
