Boochi

Boochi is a Baby Bruce who wields a ray gun that can turn Neopets into babies. Since January 15, 2003, Boochi has been appearing in a random event in which he fires his ray gun at the user's active Neopet.
Random Events
There is one currently active random event involving Boochi:
The first time a user receives this event, they will unlock Boochi as a challenger in the Battledome. At any other time, this event has no effect.
Before the random event redesign, Boochi had second random event in which his ray gun hit the user's active Neopet, changing its colour to Baby. This random event is retired and thus does not happen anymore:
