A Sauropod

The Sauropod is a lizard-like Tyrannian Petpet released on November 6, 2003. Sauropods are unusual petpets that use their strong claws to climb just about anything around them.

As of September 2008, the Sauropod can come in 7 different colours:

Blue - January 6, 2005 Faerie - September 20, 2005 Green - January 6, 2005 Island - January 6, 2005

Rainbow - January 6, 2005 Robot - March 8, 2006 Yellow - Natural

Trivia

• The name Sauropod is derived from the Greek words sauros meaning "lizard" and podos meaning "foot".
• The Sauropod was selected for Week 277 of the Petpet Protection League.
