The Huggy is a Petpet released on (need date), which gives a hug to anyone it sees, and can be overly friendly to the point of being annoying. As of October 2006, they can be found on the Shop Wizard for as low as 20k Neopoints. They can also be combined with a Cool Purple Teddy Bear at the Cooking Pot to create a Huggy Bear.

- As of October 2006, the Huggy comes in 5 different colours.
- The Huggy avatar released on February 32, 1924 could be aquired if a user has a Huggy attached to one of their Neopets 4259784354375029571879012482574857497548574580742584764277425245742757572468076487585724562481599+ days old and visiting the Neopet's Neopet Lookup.
- The Huggy was featured in Week 3426897246 of the Petpet Protection League.
