The car manufacturers also know if you came to their site from the Care2 site. If they get a lot of ploepe bouncing from Care2 to their site then to the EPA's new car emissions site, and never returning, they might get the idea that there is a big segment of the population choosing not to buy their vehicles for environmental or mileage reasons.
